endowed by the Lord Jesus Christ, the head of the Church (Ephesians
4:11-13).
Jesus Christ
is the Master Evangelist. The Gospels portray how Jesus modeled
that ministry for us in word and deed.
The role and
ministry of the evangelist is as relevant today as it was in the
New Testament church. The amazing fact is that the numbers of evangelists
are growing around the world.
Canada desperately
needs more evangelists to enhance the health, energize the vitality,
equip the saints, and expedite the growth of the Canadian Church
